The industry of venture capital was growing rapidly in 2004. Investment amount of venture capital exceeded 1 billion dollar for the first time in 2004.So 2005 is also named “venture capital development year”, it bring us more widen imaginative space …….The theme of the forum is “ Macro Development of Venture Capital”、 “Science & Venture Capital”、 “Cases of Oversea VC”、“ VC quit & International Circulate Capital”、“Development Area and VC Development”、 “Cooperation With Venture Capital & Circulate Capital”、 “Cooperation of Circulate Capital's project” etc.,.Aim of theme is mastering macro investment policy tendency correctly, catch ing the opportunity of macro regulation & optimizing economic structure, promoting VC development ,promoting enterprise to realize the procedure of c irculate capital, widen c irculate capital channel of high speed enterprise, attracting capital support of r isk investment, supporting some enterprise to enter international capital market, searching Stock exchange which is suitable for enterprise.

“ Project introduction of Circulate Capital ” is a special meeting in the forum, aiming at “ Financing side show”, expert comment is mainly about c irculate capital policy, c irculate capital skill , project evaluation ,etc. VC experts will first select 100 projects from high-tech circulate capital project group, then 20 head experts will choose the 10 most attracted attention projects.
